Vintage Long, Scroll Shank Selmer hard rubber tenor mouthpiece in a C* facing.  These older Selmer pieces had better rubber than the newer ones so they can play better. 

This one is in good condition.  There is a bit of scratching on the bite area, but tip and rails are good.
