Very good condition, early vintage Santy Runyon Tenor mouthpiece with metal shank ring in a #6 facing. Very good condition with a mild cut-off baffle.
Santy Runyon was one of the great saxophonists of his day and lived well into his 90’s. He manufactured a large number of mouthpieces that people still play today.
