The Rousseau Classic Alto Mouthpiece was their standard before the “New Classic”.  Eugene Rousseau is the designer and a Yamaha Artist/Endorser so these work especially well with Yamaha saxophones.  A mouthpiece like this will improve a young players sound tremendously for a small amount of money invested.  This one is a 4R facing which is slightly more open than a Selmer C*.

Tip and rails are excellent and there is minor tooth indentation on the bite area.  Slight rubber disoloration as well.
