Current production model Otto Link “Tone Edge” hard rubber tenor refaced by Master Re-facer, Bob Carpenter in a #7 facing.   Bob’s work makes these pieces play without the “tubbiness” that is often associated with the piece out of the box.

Comes with ligature and Cap.

Description

Bob  Carpenter does refacing work for many people, most noticeably, Doug Lawrence, lead tenor with the Count Basie Big Band. Bob’s facing work is excellent and his addition of a baffle in the chamber makes this mouthpiece respond quicker and more easily and it plays without the “tubby” quality these mouthpieces have out of the box.  
We have limited numbers of these in stock since Bob does work by appointment when he can.
A mouthpiece with this kind of work will be much easier to play and generally sound better than most any stock Otto Link you can purchase.  It will also make the mouthpiece slightly brighter in quality.
No Cap or ligature are included.
