Standard production Meyer, hard rubber alto mouthpiece in a #6 (.076″Tip) with a medium  facing length.   I have only seen one other like this where the “Meyer” name is not on the mouthpiece nor is the chamber size listed on the shank, but the typical Meyer diamond with the tip opening facing length “M” are on the table.  More alto players play this jazz alto mouthpiece than any other!
