Standard production Meyer, hard rubber alto mouthpiece in a #6 (.076″Tip) with a medium chamber and medium facing length. This one is good condition with good tip and rails, but left side rail has some nicks on the outer edge, which should not effect reed seal at all.  Bite area has a moderate indentation on the right side.  A mouthpiece cushion should render that a non issue. More alto players play this jazz alto mouthpiece than any other!
