Eastman NEW 52nd Street – Professional Tenor Saxophone (ETS852) – NEW

This is Eastman Music’s NEW “52nd Street” model, the ETS-852 with some rolled tone holes, 2 necks (“M” & “S”), the new “DS” mechanism, sterling silver key touches and no lacquer.  This one was made in their new factory and Bob Mintzer helped them with the redesign and it plays every bit as good as the Taiwanese model!!!

It has a nice, hand engraved 52nd Street scene on the bell with straight tone holes until you get to the bottom half of the horn where they retained the rolled holes.  They also made the palm key tone holes smaller so you can achieve altissimo better.

Still has the warm, big and resonant sound quality with more focus!  Check out their web page for more info: https://www.eastmanwinds.com/saxophones
