This is a bB Tenor Mouthpiece in an A-7 facing.  I have never seen one of these before, but it appears to be solid brass and gold-plated with a medium high, long length, cut-off baffle.  I would expect this design to be a bright sound quality.

Comes in the original box with ligature and cap.
