This is Eastman Music’s professional model alto, the “52nd Street”, with rolled tone holes and no lacquer.  It has a nice, hand engraved 52nd Street scene on the bell and is a great, resonant, huge playing instrument.

These are the last of the Taiwanese made models which are superior to the newest model made in China.  We are offering what we have left at a very special price, while they last, so get one before they’re all gone!!!

Sound quality is warm and these resonate like made and play very big!!

Description

This is their jazz alto with better overall response and intonation than the comparable Mauriat alto.  The sound quality is also a bit warmer than the Mauriat and more focused as well.
These are the last of the Taiwanese made 52nd Street altos since Eastman has decided to replace these with a new model that doesn’t play as well.  Get one of these before they are gone!  We only have limited numbers left.
The price is fantastic and it comes with a very nice case with built in back pack straps and a rain cover.  All the usual accessories are also included with this great instrument.  If you haven’t played one of these, do so now!  You won’t be disappointed!!
